ORDER PROCESSING
Please note that we ship orders once ALL items are ready for dispatch. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will only ship when the pre-order becomes available. If you need an in-stock item sooner, we suggest placing two separate orders to avoid delays.
Pre-Orders will begin shipping as indicated in the items description.
For Mail-Ins you are responsible for the cost of shipping items to us. Return shipping for Mail-Ins will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Refunds and Cancellations will not be accepted except in cases where the talent cancels their appearance or postpones for more than 90 days. Please contact our support team if you encounter any issues with your order.
