Pre-orders for tickets to meet X-Pac will be available until a week before the show, with sales closing on April 4, 2025. Due to the use of physical tickets for X-Pac, you’ll need to secure your spot early. However, you’ll still have the opportunity to purchase autographs or photo ops directly at his table during the event. Don’t miss out—secure your ticket now!

Please note that we ship orders once ALL items are ready for dispatch. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will only ship when the pre-order becomes available. If you need an in-stock item sooner, we suggest placing two separate orders to avoid delays.
Pre-Orders will begin shipping as indicated in the items description.
For Mail-Ins you are responsible for the cost of shipping items to us. Return shipping for Mail-Ins will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Refunds and Cancellations will not be accepted except in cases where the talent cancels their appearance or postpones for more than 90 days. Please contact our support team if you encounter any issues with your order.
